The website was created by James Andrews, Joanna Pavelin, Joe Rosa, Jim Saunders, Tracy Tompkins, Sasha Vanderhyde and Carol Chapman.
The original handbook was compiled by Patsy Spencer in 1997. Its first revision was by Glyn Hazell in February 1999. The second revision was done by Jo Ashfield in June 2001, for the Blackbird Leys SRB 5 programme. Third revision by Annette Powell, Joe Rosa and Jim Hewitt. The handbook was put on the website by James Andrews in 2003.
